It was a sight to see. Everyone loves to see JAWS when it is "going off". Dirt roads crowded with trucks, jeeps and some cars if they are crazy (like our senor pastor Craig)....it like a move. Craig &Brandon took the interns & our kids out to see the action. Brandon got the pictures....he's not bad.

Jori's Christmas craft sale...

Now this is my friend Cori & her daughter. Cori makes quilts or pillows with your child's art on it. She hand stitches every line by hand...it looks just like their art! She's got skill. It is amazing! Again i wish i could buy one.The quilt in this picture has her daughter's art with scripture on it. Unreal what mother's can do huh??

She and her husband hand paint the shirts, she sews the dresses and the sweet blankets. My kids call the smaller ones "travel geegeeies"- because they can take it with them in the car. So Talented!

My Bows




It was a lot of work. I did pretty good for the first time. Bows are just so much fun. I wish i could make them for Brookie more often. It just takes so much time. I would like to try soft thick headbands next-just because i am hoping that will pull brookie's hair back more. I love just having a GIRL!!! Who would have thought? not me....

Brooklyn modled for my friend Sarah. Sarah is so creative....she makes the cutest baby clothes, blankets, bows and dresses! I wish i could buy them...Sarah and her husban are SO talented-what a team! Remember how much fun Christmas was as a child! I love having my own family-it is such a true GIFT! This was such a fun day getting our tree. SO EXCITING...a sweet moment i will hold in my heart forever. Thank you Lord for providing gift cards for us to get OUR tree!

little GirlfriendThis was "lala" birthday party.....oh so much fun! Mikaela was Brookie's first friend on Maui and still one of her favorite friends to play with. They are good together because they can be ALL girl, enjoy getting dirty and hold their own with the boys!

If you don't know Brooklyn well, she loves owls, birds and most of all horses! I mean LOVES HORSES! She asked to ride them all the time....she looks for them everywhere on Maui. If she see one it makes her day! This made her year!!!
Maybe she'll be our cowgirl!!

OuR 1ST ThaNksGIvinG

This was our 2nd year away from our family...this year we did our own thanksgiving at our house. We had Chris who is the tween's pastor, Whitney who is the Jr. director and had some interns over from our church Hope Chapel .It was so much fun. It was so neat cooking with Brandon...i love making traditions with Brandon for our family. I love opening our home to other at thanksgiving so they can be apart of a family-and i am blessed to be married to someone who came up with the idea. I AM so THANKFUL for my amazing husband.
